

Air Support Operations during Hurricane Helene and Milton – September 2024
In the aftermath of Hurricanes Milton and Helene in September 2024, Echo 1 Emergency Logistics was immediately deployed to provide critical air support for disaster response and early recovery efforts across Florida.
Operating for 51 consecutive days, Echo 1 utilized four fixed-wing aircraft and two rotary-wing helicopters to transport supplies, personnel, and emergency responders to impacted areas. Over the course of the mission, the team successfully completed 137 flight legs, logging 123 flight hours and covering more than 25,000 miles to deliver life-saving aid and logistical support.
